Refunds - Refunds will only be given if the cancellation request is received before the 2nd week of the session. The refunded amount will not include the first week attended, if applicable, and a $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Credits - Credits to accounts will be given if the cancellation request is received between weeks 2-5 of the session. Credit amount will not include any weeks attended. Credits expire after 1 year from the date it was issued. 

Injury/Illness - A refund, less the Anniversary fee and any previous classes attended during the given session, will be honored for any injury or illness, with a doctors note, that prohibits the gymnasts from participating in the remainder of the given session.

All Anniversary Fees are non-refundable

End of session progress reports are handed to gymnasts starting in the Kinder level class. These reports are handed out at the end of each session the week prior to registration, and they indicate if a gymnast should continue in the current level or move to the next level. End of session reports are based on the online skill evaluations done throughout each session by each gymnasts’ coach.

You can view your gymnast's skill evaluation on the parent portal. If all skills have been mastered for their current level (meaning they have 3 stars on each skill listed for all 4 events), your child is ready to move up to the next class. Missing stars means your child should continue in the same level. This is to ensure each child is in the most safe and appropriate class for his/her skill abilities. Safety is our number one priority and this is the best way to ensure no child is performing skills they are not ready for.

In addition to tuition, there is a $25.94, non-refundable, Anniversary Fee applied the first time you enroll each calendar year. The Anniversary fee is good thru the remainder of that calendar year (Jan - Dec). This fee is per family, NOT per student enrolled.

Brand new families interested in joining Rebels Gymnastics

• We offer one free evaluation to determine the best level for the gymnast. This must be scheduled with the Rec Director, Lisa.

• To be ready for a new session, be sure to reach out a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the end of a session. This is to ensure the evaluation can be completed before the next session registration opens.

Gymnasts currently enrolled in Rebels programming

• Evaluations are done by the coaches throughout each session.

• These are updated online for families and their gymnasts to view and track their progress.

Current gymnasts who miss 3 or more evaluation classes within a session

• Any family with a gymnast who falls into this category is welcome to email a request, for an individual evaluation to Emily Porter at rgc.emilyporter@gmail.com, for a fee of $15.

• Evaluations must be paid for in full prior to the start of the evaluation.

• All evaluations must be scheduled prior to the last week of a session.
