Let your little ones burn off extra energy before nap time! These open gyms are for children crawling to 5 years old only.

Enjoy time in the big gym and loose in the foam pit.  Guardians must be in the gym with their child through the duration of open gym. If no guardian is present with the toddler, they will not able to participate.

Every accompanying adult MUST have their own personal waiver on file, good for the calendar year in which it is signed.

No other adults will be permitted to enter either of the gym spaces, beyond the viewing areas, regardless of a signed waiver, unless asked to do so by staff.

  • No refunds for missed open gym.

    Transfers + credits only if you notify us a minimum of 24 hours before the missed open gym.

    Open gym passes can only be transferred to a new open gym within the SAME session.

  • For everyone's safety, ALL open gyms have a max of 55 enrollments. If you do not register before attending, it is likely all spots will be filled. We will NOT allow more students to enter once we reach 55 enrollments. Waivers must be filled out for anyone brand new or for those who haven't been to the gym in the last year.

    CHILDREN 4 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN IN THE GYM WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES, HOWEVER, PARENT/GUARDIAN IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.

  • Effective February 1, 2026 all individuals 18+ years old, will only be permitted to enter the gym spaces (Main and Mini) with a student under the age of 5, as they are required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

  • We offer open gym passes as an alternative to make-up classes.

    Gymnasts enrolled in any of our classes are eligable to receive up to 2 passes per session for 2 missed classes due to sickness/conflicts.

    Passes can be used for free entrance into 1 hour open gyms. Passes are only valid through the last open gym of the session they’re received in.

    To redeem an open gym pass, email our Recreational Director, Lisa, at rgc.lisahillman@gmail.com, a minimum of 24 hours before an open gym.

    Day of requests will not be processed. Registartion is based on open spots as well. All open gyms are capped at 55 registrations for safety!
